Our fall celebration, Serving Together. Growing Together., is happening next Sunday, September 28 (4:00-7:30pm)—and you’re invited! Come enjoy an afternoon of fun, fellowship, and community as we celebrate God’s goodness together.
We’ll share a pitch-in meal - FCC will provide hamburgers and hotdogs, and we can’t wait to tase the sides and desserts you’ll bring to share! 
The afternoon will be packed with activities: bounce houses, games, hayrides, s’mores, a photo spot, and more! Bring a chair, bring a friend, and don’t miss this joyful time with your church family.

Impact Meeting
We invite you to join us for this year’s Church Impact Meeting on Tuesday, October 7 at 6:30pm here at First Christian Church.
This evening is a time to come together as a church family to celebrate what God has been doing over the past year, hear stories of impact in our ministries, and look ahead to the exciting vision for the future of FCC.
Whether you’ve been part of FCC for many years or are just beginning to get connected, this is a wonderful opportunity to learn more about where God is leading us and how you can be part of it.
Make plans to join us—we look forward to reflecting, celebrating, and dreaming together!

Basketball & Beyond
It’s time to gear up for another exciting season of Basketball & Beyond! Registration for FCC families opens Sunday, September 28, and will open to the community starting Wednesday, October 1.

This Christ-centered basketball program is open to boys and girls in grades 1–6. Spots are limited, so register early—sign-ups close on October 31 or when teams are full.
  • Practices begin: Week of December 8
  • Games: Saturdays, January 10–February 28
  • Cost: $90/player (includes a shirt)
  • Financial Assistance: Available through our Next Gen Team at nextgen@fccoc.org

Service & S'mores
Calling all FCC families! Join us for Service & S’mores happening on Wednesday, October 15 from 5:30-8:00pm—an evening of fun, prayer, and community care. Together we’ll spread out through the Lincoln-Central neighborhood for a litter sweep, helping make our community a cleaner and brighter place.
Thanks to our partnership with the Lincoln-Central Neighborhood Family Center, all supplies will be provided—gloves, trash bags, maps, water, and snacks. (For younger kids, we recommend bringing child-sized gloves.)
Along the way, we’ll pause to pray for our neighbors, then return to FCC to end the evening with s’mores. All ages are welcome—come serve, connect, and celebrate with us!
